Job summary

EDC Engineering Design Consultants LTD. seeks a skilled MEP BIM Designer to lead and execute 3D modelling, clash-free REVIT MEP and Navisworks coordination across diverse projects.

This role emphasizes rapid delivery in a multidisciplinary environment and close collaboration with project leads and architects. The successful candidate will bring 4+ years in MEP building design, strong Revit proficiency, and familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an MEP Building Consultancy or BIM Production Company.
• 4+ years of experience producing drawings using 3D Modelling tools.
• 4+ years using REVIT MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience on commercial, residential, educational, healthcare and industrial projects.
• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Digital Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Design management of projects to meet deadlines.
• Carry out M&E design work using REVIT MEP and Navis delivering clash-free models for clients.
• Produce Revit models coordinated with architectural and structural designs.
• Assist the project lead in preparing calculations and construction documentation.
• Research, plan, design and develop building engineering systems with the project lead.
• Ensure BIM & CAD standards are upheld.
