Job summary

Glanua is seeking a MEICA Project Engineer to join our team in Ireland. The role involves delivering multiple projects on-site, ensuring HSQE compliance and managing workflows, budgets and deadlines.

You will prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments and handover documentation, while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and hold a Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar MEICA/project engineer role.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering multiple projects with a one team ethos.
• Ensure HSQE standards are applied on-site in line with statutory requirements.
• Review and prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments prior to works.
• Monitor programme and budgets, understand impacts of overruns.
• Support project manager and cover day-to-day site operations when needed.
• Ensure FAT/SAT, ITRs, piping and hydro testing align with quality plans.
• Prepare handover files including O&M manuals and Safety Files.
• Engage suppliers and subcontractors for procurement and delivery.
