Job summary

Glanua is seeking a MEICA Project Engineer to manage multi-disciplinary projects on-site at Ballinamuck Wtp Co. Waterford. You will drive safe, compliant delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with suppliers and site staff.

The role requires a proactive engineer with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a full driving licence. A commitment to CPD and career progression is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Ability to work in a team and engage with suppliers during procurement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring on-site delivery.
• Ensure HSQE standards and procedures are adhered to on-site.
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments before activities.
• Oversee FAT/SAT/ITRs, testing and commissioning in line with quality plans.
