Job summary

Glanua is seeking a MEICA Project Engineer in Ireland to lead on-site delivery within a team, ensuring HSQE compliance and adherence to the employer’s requirements. You will review and prepare method statements, manage risks, and coordinate the procurement process with suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in a similar role, and a Level 7 Honours Degree in the relevant engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in water and wastewater.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering one or more projects at a time.
• Ensure HSQE standards and procedures are adhered to on-site.
• Be familiar with HSQE management systems and current statutory requirements.
• Provide coverage for the project manager when needed and manage day-to-day site operations.
