Job summary

Glanua is seeking a MEICA Project Engineer to join our Ireland team and deliver multiple projects with a collaborative approach. You will ensure HSQE compliance, participate in planning, and interface with clients and stakeholders to drive on-site progress.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years’ experience in water/wastewater and hold a Level 7 Honours Degree in an engineering discipline; a proactive, safety-conscious mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in water and wastewater projects.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Interest in developing a career within an industry-leading organisation.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to deliver one or more projects, ensuring a 'one team' culture.
• Maintain HSQE standards on-site and comply with statutory requirements.
• Familiar with project programme and budgets, and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Prepare and submit Method Statements and Risk Assessments before activities.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement and delivery.
