Job summary

Glanua Limited is seeking a MEICA Project Engineer to join our team in Waterford. You will work on-site delivering water and wastewater projects, ensuring HSQE compliance and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, a Level 7 Honours Degree in relevant engineering, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Monday to Friday with a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar MEICA/project engineering position.
• Minimum Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Ability to work in a team and engage with suppliers and sub-contractors during procurement and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering one or more projects with a on-site focus.
• Ensure HSQE standards and procedures are followed on-site.
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments before activities.
• Ensure FAT, SAT and ITRs are completed per quality plans.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement and delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust workflow to meet the works programme.
