Job summary

DXC Technology is recruiting an IT Support Specialist for Meeting Room Support & Power Platform in Dublin, onsite five days a week. The role focuses on operational IT support for meeting room technologies, AV, and UC services, while driving automation projects using the Power Platform across SAP environments.

You will contribute to planning, documentation, disaster recovery, and service improvements, with exposure to project management and enterprise automation within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 2nd Level IT Support experience in meeting room tech.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Experience in Agile environments and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for meeting room tooling.
• Maintain and manage meeting room equipment across the core business portfolio.
• Perform disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with 3rd level technical teams and external vendors on infra-structure and installations.
• Monitor vendor performance, support procedures, and elevate issues as required.
• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Canvas, Apps, SharePoint, Data Factory and Power Automate workflows.
• Create and customise data entities, forms, views, and relationships.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to new systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
• Ensure solutions follow security, governance, accessibility and best practices.
