Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a related field, with Medtech/healthcare preferred.
• Proven experience leading clinical application specialists or service staff.
• Strong leadership, training, and performance management skills.
• Knowledge of Medtech regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical applications team, providing direction and mentorship.
• Act as service delivery lead for medical device and digital health installations.
• Develop strategies for efficient service delivery with cross-functional partners.
• Engage with customers to understand service needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and resources to support projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and monitor KPIs.
