Job summary

Uniphar Medtech in Ireland and the UK seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale installation and digital health projects. You will coordinate clinical information systems deployment, device integration, and cross-functional teams to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires strong project management experience in healthcare, with familiarity in HL7 interfacing and EHR deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience delivering complex installation/digital health projects.
• PM qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent) is required.
• Experience with clinical information systems or medical device integration is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver large-scale installation projects across IOI and UK from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate deployment, testing, validation, and go-live of clinical systems across sites.
• Manage budgets, scope, risks, and cross-functional teams to meet targets.
• Ensure governance, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, reporting progress and managing escalations.
