Job summary

Uniphar Medtech in Ireland is seeking a Service Operations & Installations Manager to oversee planning, management and execution of service operations across the Cardiac Services division. You will lead a team of clinical application specialists, supervise installation projects and act as the primary service lead for medical devices and digital health initiatives.

The role covers service activity across the island of Ireland with GB oversight; based in Dublin with flexible location discussions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Medtech or healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience leading clinical applications or technical service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical applications team, provide direction and mentorship.
• Act as service delivery lead for installations and digital health projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient service delivery and compliance.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and align offerings with growth strategy.
• Manage budgets, resources, and ensure cost-efficient service delivery.
