Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare, business, engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in Medtech/healthcare or related field.
• Proven experience in managing clinical application teams or technical service staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical applications team with direction, support, and mentorship.
• Oversee installation projects and service delivery for medical devices and digital health.
• Drive growth of the clinical applications team in Ireland and UK as part of service growth strategy.
• Develop and implement scalable service delivery strategies with emphasis on quality and compliance.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and alignment with sales goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.
