Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks a Partner Training Programme Lead to drive the training workstream for MEDITECH Expanse deployments in healthcare environments. You will design curricula, manage delivery teams, and ensure readiness across ~1,000 staff over a 12‑week window.

You will partner with project leadership and end users to ensure adoption, credentialing, and go-live readiness, with formal governance over content and competency evidence.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience leading healthcare EHR training programmes.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale training programmes for healthcare system implementations.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience managing LMS and training administration processes.
• Experience developing credentialed, role-based training programmes at scale.
• MEDITECH Expanse training experience strongly preferred.
• University degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare, Education, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Training, Project Management, Change Management, Health Informatics, or related disciplines are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead the overall training strategy for MEDITECH Expanse implementation.
• Develop role-based and credentialed curricula, learning pathways, and materials.
• Oversee training content design and alignment with programme objectives.
• Lead training workstreams across all project phases and ensure readiness.
• Manage train-the-trainer and super-user preparation.
• Oversee training delivery for ~1,000 staff within a 12-week window.
• Provide go-live support and remediation knowledge transfer.
