Job summary

Nordic is seeking an experienced Workstream Lead - Clinical to drive delivery of the clinical workstream on MEDITECH Expanse projects. You will work closely with the client’s clinical lead to design, build, test, train, deploy and go-live across inpatient and outpatient services in Dublin. The role requires strong leadership, clinical informatics knowledge and extensive programme management experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering EHR implementation programmes in healthcare organisations.
• Leadership experience managing acute clinical workstreams on MEDITECH Expanse programmes.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary clinical teams through design, build, testing, training and go-live.
• Deep expertise in CPOE, eMAR, clinical documentation, diagnostics and inpatient/outpatient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for partner delivery of the clinical workstream end-to-end across all programme phases.
• Act as delivery partner single point of accountability for all clinical scope and deliverables.
• Lead clinical stakeholder engagement across inpatient, outpatient, ED, Critical Care, Theatres, Anaesthesia, Diagnostics, Laboratory, Oncology, and Pharmacy.
• Facilitate clinical design workshops and future-state workflow development.
• Ensure alignment of clinical workflows, system configuration, testing, training and deployment activities.
• Provide support for the clinical safety case for the programme.
