Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Workstream Lead - Clinical to drive the clinical workstream across inpatient and outpatient services, ED, ICU, theatres, and diagnostics while coordinating with other workstreams. You will ensure design workshops, testing readiness, and go-live planning with a single point of accountability for clinical delivery.

The role requires senior leadership, extensive healthcare implementation experience, and strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12 years' experience delivering EHR implementation programmes within healthcare organisations.
• Significant leadership experience managing acute clinical workstreams on MEDITECH Expanse programmes.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary clinical teams through design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Deep expertise in clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Strong stakeholder workshop facilitation and change management.
• Experience managing programme risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Accountability: end-to-end delivery across all programme phases.
• Solution Design & Build: lead clinical design and oversee system build activities.
• Testing & Readiness: ensure clinical test content and sign‑offs with stakeholders.
• Training & Deployment: approve training content and support go-live readiness.
• Go-Live & Stabilisation: provide escalation management and post‑go‑live support.
