Miele Ireland is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair a range of medical and professional appliances across Ireland. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance and installations in hospitals, labs and clinics, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience with medical equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and medical device standards.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform servicing on washer disinfection and sterilisation equipment.
• Install and decommission professional appliances in commercial/medical settings.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams for service delivery.
• Support first-time fix rates with accurate van stock and parts control.
• Promote maintenance contracts and care products to customers.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge through training.
