Job summary

O’Flynn Medical in Macroom is seeking a Service Technician to repair and service their fleet of Rental Medical Equipment. In this role, you will ensure equipment is maintained at high standards, liaising with the Service Manager and Engineering team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of engineering experience, ideally in healthcare. Offers a competitive salary and benefits, including a company vehicle and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar engineering role.
• Experience with the healthcare sector desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and service medical equipment at facility and customer locations.
• Conduct installations and maintenance.Ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Keep track of stock and assist team in stock control.
