Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ Medical Secretary experience.
• Strong audio typing and dictation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience with healthcare systems such as IMedDoc desirable.
• Experience using Heidi or similar AI dictation software an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments and clinic schedules.
• Process referrals and patient correspondence.
• Coordinate procedure and theatre bookings.
• Handle phone and email enquiries.
• Complete medical dictation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
