Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Ireland is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a team providing administrative, process improvement and financial support to senior technical leaders within Engineering and Technical Services.

You will forecast workloads, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery of services while coaching staff and upholding CBRE RISE values across multi-discipline projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with senior leaders to forecast workload and project deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the team.
• Resolve conflicting priorities and ensure effective service delivery.
• Supervise daily team activities and coach staff for skill development.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
