Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Mechanical QAQC Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a Data Centre project in Sweden. This role involves conducting quality audits, implementing quality policies, and ensuring project feasibility improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and strong communication skills. Benefits include a salary of €70,000 to €80,000 DOE and generous living allowances.

Mechanical QAQC Engineer – 12977

Mechanical QAQC Engineer required to join one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Sweden. The successful Mechanical QAQC Engineer will report into the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify quality control implementation.
• Achieve quality management system objectives for Mechanical disciplines.
• Implement and maintain company quality policies on-site.
• Ensure subcontractors’ quality systems align with company policies.
• Provide guidance to on-site staff for project feasibility improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Must have an EU passport.
