Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a new commercial project in central Dublin. You will oversee delivery, budgets and health & safety, coordinating engineers, QS, site managers and subcontractors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion to agreed quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mechanical project management, HVAC experience, and the ability to manage contractual requirements and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical Sector.
• Ideally hold a relevant Mechanical/Project Management Certification.
• Background in the HVAC industry and ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget to agreed standards
• Ensure the project budget and costs are managed effectively
• Management of project teams covering engineers, QS, site managers, subcontractors and support staff
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the full project life cycle
• Site Audit Reports

Mechanical Project Manager Dublin €75-90k INFORM3 has an immediate requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager for a new Commercial project in central Dublin. Our client is a leading Mechanical contractor with long term projects across the Leinster area. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate evidence of developing effective project management plans, client management, financial management, overseeing all aspects of health and safety and prove they can ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and with quality. The ideal candidate will have shown progression to a project management role from a Mechanical Engineering/Plumbing background, experienced Site Managers looking for the next step into project management will also be considered.

Requirements

• Background in the HVAC industry
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
