Croft Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading mechanical building services contractor to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager for a landmark hotel development in central Dublin.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical services on site, lead design team coordination, manage safety and quality, and report progress to senior management. The role offers a salary of €90,000–€100,000 plus a company vehicle, bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade or degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale mechanical building services projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical and plumbing works on a major hotel project.
• Lead coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

A leading mechanical building services contractor, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major landmark hotel development in Central Dublin, with long-term career progression across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

Role Overview

The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of mechanical services on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client while providing strong leadership to the site and installation teams.
