You will manage subcontractors, review drawings, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure safety, quality and budget adherence. Salary €80,000–€90,000 with expensed vehicle/allowance and pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mechanical installations on construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services and site delivery.
• Ability to manage teams, subcontractors and competing project priorities.
• Full driving licence and availability to cover Galway project for two months.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical works to meet programme, quality and budget requirements.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is planned and delivered safely.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and other trades to resolve technical and site issues.
• Review drawings and specifications, ensuring installations meet project requirements.
• Plan procurement of plant, equipment and materials around installation schedules.
• Monitor progress and costs, working with the commercial team on variations and reporting.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover.
