Job summary

Navartis Ltd in Dublin is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical scope on a major data centre project. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders, driving programme delivery from planning through handover in a busy, safety-focused environment.

Ideally you have 5+ years in electrical project management within M&E contracting, with strong technical coordination, buildability assessment and dedication to right-first-time delivery on

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical project management, ideally within an M&E contractor or specialist electrical contractor environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical projects from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services and site installation.
• Experience managing subcontractors, supervisors, engineers and site-based project teams.
• Ability to manage programme, procurement, RFIs, technical submittals, progress reporting and project risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of electrical works on a major Dublin-based data centre project.
• Manage site teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
• Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are identified early.
• Work closely with the Project QS to manage commercial performance, cost control, variations and project reporting.
• Support procurement planning, technical submittals, RFIs, material approvals and subcontractor coordination.
• Review design information and resolve buildability, coordination and installation issues.
• Chair and attend project meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
