Job summary

ESB Engineering & Major Projects (EMP) seeks a Projects and Overhauls Specialist Lead - Mechanical to lead a team delivering overhaul projects on power assets. You will guide technical delivery from inception through handover and liaise with asset specialists and project managers to ensure safe, timely execution.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical systems for power generation, significant leadership, and travel both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Primary Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Chartered status with recognised institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical engineering team in OH project delivery across inception to handover.
• Support OH planning and programme management for safe, efficient delivery.
• Develop team capability in asset knowledge, project management, quality control and safety.
