Responsibilities

• Tendering a variety of projects in Ireland, across a range of sectors.
• Involvement in full tender process from beginning to completion.
• Site walks with construction team.
• Conduct in-dept reviews of tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedules etc.
• Liaising with relevant parties/supplies/subcontractors.
• Evaluate, analyse & validate supplier and sub-contractor quotations.
• Issue tender RFIs and review client response with Estimating Team.
• Attend meetings and site visits are when required.

This position is within Maintenance division of the group, so some understanding of mechanical equipment, materials, processes, materials etc. is important. Other important duties will include (but not limited to)
