Job summary

TechHeads in Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute across the full product development lifecycle from concept to testing, manufacture and production.

The role is hybrid in Shannon with opportunities to work on advanced aerospace flight control systems. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree, CAD/CAM proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo/ProE), experience with ANSYS and MATLAB/LabVIEW, and strong analytical writing and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience using CAD and CAM software.
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo/ProE or similar CAD.
• Knowledge of ANSYS.
• Experience using MATLAB or LabVIEW.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full product development lifecycle from concept through manufacture.

They are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join their growing engineering team and contribute throughout the full product development lifecycle from concept design through testing, manufacture and production.
