Job summary

Adept:us is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead multi-project delivery for life sciences, semiconductor, and large-scale data centre initiatives. Based in Athlone, you will oversee mechanical packages from planning through completion, coordinating with design, engineering and site delivery teams.

You will manage budgets, programmes, subcontractors and client relations, ensuring safety, quality and technical standards while supporting bids for future projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Mechanical Project or Contracts Management.
• Experience working for an M&E / Mechanical contractor.
• Experience delivering mechanical packages on Life Sciences, Semiconductor or large-scale Data Centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC and Process systems.
• Proven experience managing projects through installation and delivery.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong commercial and client-facing capability.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to travel within Europe when required.

We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join an established M&E contractor delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the Life Sciences, Semiconductor, Data Centre and industrial sectors.

Based in Athlone, this is a senior delivery position suited to an experienced Mechanical Project or Contracts Manager with a strong M&E contracting background and a track record of delivering major mechanical packages.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical contracts, overseeing projects from initial planning through construction and completion.
