Ideal candidates bring numerical skills, customer service experience, and enthusiasm for food, with HACCP training considered a bonus in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and multi-task under pressure.
• Interest in food and willingness to learn about meat products and SOPs.
• HACCP training is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retail cuts at high standard to meet customer needs.
• Drive sales by ensuring SOPs and store standards are met daily.
• Merchandise and present department to the highest standard.
• Implement planograms correctly and manage stock rotation.
• Control waste and shrink within the department.
• Stay updated on new products and initiatives and share ideas.
