Job summary

Tavan Meats Limited in Ireland is seeking skilled knife operatives to join our meat processing team. You will cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specification, while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency under HACCP guidelines.

The role includes lifting and standing with operation of cleavers and meat saws as required. Essentially you should have 1 year of experience or be ready to start without formal qualifications.

Qualifications
