Job summary

cluain ard meats limited in Ireland is seeking a reliable, hardworking person to join our busy butcher shop. The role combines butchery, food preparation, production and customer service duties.

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming and preparing meat, portioning and packaging products, serving customers, stocking and displaying products, cleaning and maintaining shop and production areas, and following food hygiene and health and safety procedures. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in butchery or food production is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Training will be provided where required.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers and assisting with product selection.
• Stocking and displaying products in-shop and on-shelves.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team in a busy butcher shop. The role will involve a combination of butchery, food preparation, production and customer service duties. Responsibilities include cutting, trimming and preparing meat, portioning and packaging products, serving customers, stocking and displaying products, cleaning and maintaining the shop and production areas, and following food hygiene and health and safety procedures. Previous butchery, food production or retail experience is an advantage, but we are also willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic who are interested in learning and developing their skills. Training will be provided where required.
