You will work with ERP platforms, inventories, and procurement processes, supporting materials planning, warranty documentation, and reporting to drive efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with materials management systems, inventory tracking software, and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated data analysis experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in inventory management, materials planning, or supply chain support roles.
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and report generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-department coordination.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using materials management systems and ERP platforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for procurement, delivery, and receipt of materials.
• Analyze material usage and forecast demand to drive process improvements.
• Prepare documentation including material specs, SDS, and compliance records.
• Support warehouse and logistics by organizing storage and tracking shipments.
• Generate reports on inventory metrics, material costs, and supply chain performance.
• Troubleshoot material-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track warranty claims and supplier warranty obligations for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to support material requirements planning.
