Job summary

Ryanair seeks a skilled Materials, Repairs & Logistics professional to manage the repair cycle of aircraft components across our fleet. You will oversee third-party repair vendors, ensure timely turnaround, and monitor costs while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations.

Reporting to the Head of Materials, Repairs & Logistics, you will lead the team in forecasting repair needs, controlling budgets, and driving continuous improvement in repair processes and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating at a senior level.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent numerical ability and contract experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative and exercise mature judgement.
• Proven computer skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end repair cycle for aircraft components.
• Manage relationships with approved repair vendors and SLAs.
• Control costs, warranties, and contract compliance.
