Ryanair is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Support Engineer to join our team in Swords, Dublin, Ireland. You will manage inventory records, coordinate with suppliers, and support material planning and warranty processes to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize material requirements planning, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management, inventory control, and procurement coordination.
• Knowledge of quality/compliance standards in materials handling.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records with ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement and receipt of materials.
• Analyze material usage, forecast demand, and propose process improvements.
• Prepare documentation including material specs, SDS, warranty records and compliance.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations and track shipments.
