Job summary

Atlantach is seeking a Material Logistics Co-ordinator to support a large-scale project in Co. Kildare. You will coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage and movement of materials on site, and track deliveries to maintain accurate inventory records.

Work with suppliers, procurement and site teams to ensure materials arrive when needed. Check deliveries against purchase orders, report shortages or discrepancies, maintain material traceability and supporting documentation, and identify risks

Qualifications

• Experience in materials, logistics or inventory control on a semiconductor, cleanroom or construction project.
• Understanding of site delivery procedures, material handling etc
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Confidence using inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Clear communication with suppliers, contractors and site teams.
• A strong focus on safety, accuracy and record keeping.

Currently, we are hiring a Material Logistics Co-ordinator to support a large-scale project with a very high-profile client in Co. Kildare

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the receipt, inspection, storage and movement of materials in and out of the site
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate inventory, location and issue records.
• Work with suppliers, procurement and site teams to ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and report shortages, damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain material traceability and supporting documentation.
• Identify supply risks early and provide regular updates to project teams.

Authority

• Stop work immediately where unsafe conditions or practices are identified that could result in injury, environmental impact or damage to equipment.
• Carry out all duties in accordance with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client site procedures, permit-to-work systems and commissioning safety requirements.
