Job summary

Osborne Recruitment is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join a busy manufacturing and design environment in Dundalk. You will own the master scheduling and end-to-end project programming from design to delivery, coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production and Project Management to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource use.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related discipline.
Extensive experience in production planning, scheduling or project controls in heavy manufacturing.
Proven experience in bespoke manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and data analysis capabilities.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with project timelines and capacity.
Create and manage comprehensive project programmes across all active projects.
Provide clear visibility of project status and procurement timelines to stakeholders.
Monitor and adjust schedules for design changes and material availability.
Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production and Project Management to ensure timely delivery.
