A major infrastructure project in Ireland seeks a Scheduler to support site-level schedule management, maintain accurate schedules, report progress/milestones/conflicts/opportunities to the PMO for master schedule input, manage change impacts, and communicate timelines to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support on tasks including schedule maintenance and progress reporting. Coordinate and organize multiple schedule inputs/performance data into master schedule platforms; deliver project/program status reports. Conduct scheduling/resource management across multiple large-scale projects; build critical path schedules from first principles, lead workshops/interviews with project resources, and define/agree progress reporting with contractors. Manage pre-construction programming, complex multi-disciplinary developments, project governance/procurement, and quality/process improvements (desirable in construction). Requirements 3+ years' experience in schedule management with proven track record on high-value road/infrastructure projects. Desirable: Delivering engineering in dynamic urban environments; advanced scheduling systems.
