Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain commercial data in the Oracle system—Customer, Vendor, Item, and Pricing master.
• Process email activity in team inbox and Teams Workflow system (Mendix).
• Provide root cause analysis on daily processes and issues.
• Ensure SLAs with SBUs and internal customers are met.
• Maintain data and processes amid changing business requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate data processing on first pass.
• Correspond with stakeholders to implement best practices.
• Adhere to DM audit requirements and remediation of data issues.
• Assist in regular and ad-hoc management reporting for master data.
• Maintain detailed work instruction procedures and daily metrics.
• Support and drive DM strategy and productivity.
• Foster collaborative relationships to strengthen the employee experience.

2 x POSITIONS - Master Data Management Coordinators required by CareerWise Recruitment for our North Dublin based client on a 12-Month Contract. The Master Data Management Coordinator will incorporate controls, with general supervision, that ensure the data entered by the Company meets precise standards. These standards may include business rules, a data definition and data integrity constraints in the data models. The successful candidate will need to have a strong Data Management background. Experience in high volume of data (customer, supplier, items and pricing), strong analytical skills and the ability to meet and exceed daily KPI targets. The main job role responsibility will be to manage Creation and Maintenance of EMEA Customer and Suppliers.

THE ROLE:

• Create and maintain commercial data within the Oracle system - Customer, Vendor, Item and Pricing master
• Action all email activity in team inbox and work from Teams Workflow system, Mendix.
• Provides root cause analysis on daily process issues and queries.
• Liaise with SBUs and internal customers and support teams to ensure that Service Level Agreement is met.
• Maintain data and processes in response to changes in structural or operational business requirements.
• Ensure that data is processed efficiently, on time and correct the first time.
• Regular correspondence with stakeholders to ensure best practices are implemented.
• Adherence to all DM audit requirements.
• Remedy Ticket Support- work with Support teams to provide resolution on system and data issues.
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports for all master commercial data.
• Maintain detailed work instruction procedures.
• Ensure metrics are recorded daily.
• Supports and drives DM strategy and productivity.
• Foster trusted, collaborative relationships that strengthen the employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within an ERP system - Oracle experienced preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data masters in an ERP background.
• Strong data management experience - experience in high volume processing environment.
• The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter - Ability to work off own initiative.
