Job summary

Viktor is hiring to scale its marketing operations by owning and evolving the modern marketing stack. You will automate manual processes across partnerships, paid and organic channels, and build tooling on Viktor itself.

You will work hands-on with PostHog, Clay, Hex, SQL and data warehousing, shaping how teams operate and how pipeline is built and measured. Remote options exist for some roles as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Owned a modern marketing stack for 3+ years at a fast-moving company.
• Built tools or agents with AI that teams actually used.

Responsibilities

• Sit with program leads (partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, PMM) to identify manual work and automate it.
• Own the marketing stack (Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, ad platforms) and decide what to keep, cut, replace or build.
• Build apps, agents and scheduled workflows on Viktor, documented and easy to hand off to others.
• Keep data joined from marketing activity to signups, with Data Science owning attribution.
