Job summary

Paradox is hiring a marketing operator who will own performance across channels rather than just coordinating tasks. You will set strategy and execute it with AI leverage to scale campaigns, operating at the level of a full marketing team.

We value 3-5 years in marketing with both strategic and hands-on experience, plus a portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences. Fluency in French and English is required, and remote work is available worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing, with both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, audiences; a scrappy before/after beats CV.
• Daily use of AI to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy & execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing.
• Run campaigns hands-on: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis.
• Leverage AI daily (Claude Code) to build assets, automate reporting, and generate variations.
• Read data in GA4/Looker Studio and reallocate budget quickly.
• Coordinate Growth, Social, and Content Factory to reinforce channels.
• Report outcomes with data-backed recommendations to leadership.
