Job summary

Citigroup in Dublin is offering a 10 month fixed term contract within Markets Operations. The team manages governance and oversight for CEP Markets products, liaising with O&T partners and business units to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

You will monitor KRIs, manage provider relationships, and prepare monthly reports for regional governance forums while contributing to product approvals and regulatory reporting. Hybrid work is available with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KRIs and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with service providers and review KRIs.
• Prepare monthly KRI reports (SMR) and present at governance meetings.
• Participate in regional controls calls and regulatory fora updates.
• Support New Product Approvals for CEP Operations.
• Review Permitted Product List for CEP Operations.
• Contribute to MCA reviews.
• Escalate issues to CEP senior management.
• Support FMI, SREP, and CSDR penalty reporting.
