Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Markets Operations professional for a 10-month fixed-term contract to contribute to governance, policy execution and an efficient CEP operating model. You will monitor KRIs, manage service provider relationships, prepare monthly reports, participate in controls and regulatory fora, support new product approvals, and ensure timely risk reporting across EMIR, CSDR and MiFID frameworks.

Hybrid working available; base salary 65,600–98,400 EUR; full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of EMIR, CSDR, SFTR and MiFID.
• Understanding of EBA outsourcing guidelines.
• Experience in Market Operations processes and products.
• Experience with FX, Derivatives, Repo, Futures and OTC Cleared products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KRIs and report to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with service providers and review KRIs.
• Prepare and present monthly KRI reports (SMR).
• Participate in regional controls calls and regulatory fora.
• Lead New Product Approvals for CEP Operations.
• Review Permitted Product List for CEP Operations.
• Coordinate quarterly MCA reviews.
• Escalate issues to CEP senior management.
• Oversee FMI, SREP reporting and CSDR penalty reporting.
