Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360 and how they enable customers to create hyper-personalized customer experiences.
Showcase Agentforce Marketing and Data360 through compelling software demonstrations and rapid prototyping, and deliver executive-level presentations that bring connected, data-driven customer experiences to life.
Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps, partnering with the customer, Account Executive, and Partners on discovery, analysis, and data-activation recommendations, including how emerging capabilities from Contentful and Qualified extend the Agentforce Marketing stack.
