Vitalograph is a leading developer of medical respiratory diagnostic devices and software with a global footprint. The company seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist in Limerick to join its Marketing Operations Team and drive HubSpot-based campaigns.

You’ll be hands-on in automation, email and landing page creation, and will support global campaigns, paid advertising and lead generation while ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, CRM Marketing or a similar hands-on marketing role.
• 2+ years hands-on experience using HubSpot, building campaigns, automated workflows, emails, landing pages and reporting.
• Experience personally executing digital marketing campaigns, not only supporting systems or analytics.
• Strong experience in email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing and customer journeys.
• Experience creating and managing digital campaign assets, including emails, landing pages and forms.
• Familiar with GDPR and regulatory requirements in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and optimisation of HubSpot, ensuring campaigns, lead management, workflows and marketing processes run smoothly.
• Hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, paid advertising and other channels.
• Build, manage and refine automated customer journeys, lead nurturing programmes and audience segmentation.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including audience selection, campaign setup, testing, deployment and optimisation.
• Create and maintain digital campaign assets within HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, CTAs, lists and templates.
• Support the execution and optimisation of paid digital advertising campaigns, ensuring tracking and HubSpot integration.
