Job summary

Recruiters.ie is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant to support local marketing across campaigns, digital content, events and sales support. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate brand strategy into practical local activity, coordinating launches and creating materials.

This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, with experience in email marketing, social media, KPI reporting and event support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in marketing at coordinator or assistant level.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing and paid search.
• Confidence working with both marketing and sales stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver local marketing plans.

Are you a hands-on marketing professional looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?

We’re currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting local marketing activity across campaigns, digital, content, events and sales support.

The Role

Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you’ll help turn wider brand strategy into effective local activity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and delivering local marketing plans
• Coordinating product, promotional and seasonal launches
• Creating and adapting marketing materials and sales collateral
• Managing email marketing and social media content
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting against KPIs
• Supporting exhibitions, conferences, open days and other events
• Working closely with sales teams and visiting dealers/customers
• Providing wider marketing coordination and administrative support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.

You’ll ideally have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Previous experience in marketing, ideally in a coordinator or assistant-level role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• An interest or experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing and paid search
• Confidence working with both marketing and sales stakeholders.

Previous sales experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
