Job Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Management

• Support the planning and execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, marketing materials and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in developing campaign content and ensuring consistent brand messaging across different platforms.

Digital Marketing, PR & Influencer Management

• Support digital marketing, social media, PR and influencer/KOL campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Liaise with external agencies, influencers and vendors on campaign requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including social media content, digital advertisements and promotional visuals.
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns, media coordination and performance tracking.
• Maintain marketing calendars and monitor campaign schedules.

Events & Trade Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors and promotional materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively executed across retail channels.

Campaign Reporting & Administration

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and post-campaign summaries.
• Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends.
• Assist with marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expense tracking.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with internal Sales, CRM, Marketing and other departments to support campaign execution.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and business partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, PR or campaign coordination.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing and digital advertising.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle or retail/FMCG industries would be an advantage.
