Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and regularly update the company’s social media platforms, website content and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, promotional materials, presentations, advertisements and email campaigns.
  • Support and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics including engagement, leads, website traffic, conversions and ROI.
  • Assist in identifying new market opportunities, customer segments and industry trends.
  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to support lead‑generation activities and commercial growth.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, suppliers and other external marketing partners when required.
  • Conduct competitor, customer and market research to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning and promotion of events, exhibitions, webinars and customer engagement activities.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and maintain relevant customer and prospect databases.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond or coordinate responses where appropriate.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing collateral, presentations, brochures and other promotional materials.
  • Manage multiple marketing activities and projects while ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of experiencein marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation and lead generation.
  • Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, CRM systems, email marketing platforms or similar marketing tools.
  • Strong content‑writing and creative‑thinking skills.
  • Good organisational and project‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable analysing basic marketing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
Desirable
  • Experience working in a B2B or service‑based environment.
  • Experience supporting lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website management or content management systems.
  • Experience creating marketing reports and tracking KPIs.
  • Basic graphic design or video‑content creation experience would be beneficial.
