Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese at min. B2/C1 and English at B2+ level.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer engagement is key.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
