Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Outreach Operations Specialist with Italian language to join our Dublin office. The role focuses on researching and outreaching to government and non-government entities to compile geographic data for Google Maps using geo data tools.

You will communicate opportunities to partners and Google, building strong relationships across markets. You will leverage your business development and client service experience in digital technology environments, with familiarity in GIS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, GIS, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in digital/tech companies with tech products.
Strong communication in English and Italian.
Experience in B2B partnerships, sales and customer service.
Familiarity with GIS tools and Salesforce/Google Drive.

Responsibilities

Communicate Google's geo mission to authoritative entities and engage with potential partners to share basemap data for Maps via the Geo Data Upload Tool.
Research cities across geographies to collate data for improving Google Maps accuracy and end-user benefit.
Liaise between external partners and Google stakeholder teams to convey requirements and coordinate updates.
Manage and track all data submissions with GDO operations teams and partners.
Report outreach progress, partner expectations, data gaps and best practices to the Outreach Lead.
Update information in internal tools, logging research, outreach and data submissions.
