Zusammenfassung

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a manufacturing team member for syringe filling operations. You will be part of a highly engaged team aligned with site objectives, contributing to quality, safety and output targets at Waterford.

This fixed-term role covers 23 months with 24/7 shift patterns (days and nights) and 4 on/4 off rotations in a cGMP environment. Training and SOP adherence are central to daily tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Steriles experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Competent in operation, cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• MES/SCADA and SAP experience are desirable.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical operations.
• Technical writing skills.
• Good knowledge of cGMP.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of site KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Ensure products are manufactured following quality and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment on production lines to achieve required output.
• Maintain and support scheduled adherence to production and OEE.
• Complete relevant SOPs and training.
• Adhere to aseptic practices and PPE rules.
• Follow dress requirements and cGMP procedures.
