Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a manufacturing team member to support syringe filling operations on a 12-hour shift cycle. The role is a 23-month fixed-term contract within a highly engaged production team aligned to site objectives.

You will work on 24/7 shift patterns (days and nights) with 4 on/4 off rotations, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and cGMP guidelines while supporting production targets and OEE.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience with sterile manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations.
• Technical writing skills.
• Good knowledge of cGMP.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understands site KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• To ensure our products are manufactured with quality and safety guidelines
• Operate equipment as part of the production lines to achieve the required level of output
• Maintain and support scheduled adherence to production and OEE
• Complete as relevant SOP’s and training
• Adherence to aseptic practices and procedures
• Adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rules

• Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment

• Previous steriles experience is desirable
• Competent in the operation, cleaning, maintenance of all manufacturing equipment
• MES/SCADA and SAP experience
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations
• Technical writing skills
• Good knowledge of cGMP
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understands site KPI’s
